About me

“Therapy can be a deeply personal and challenging process. As a therapist, I aim to create a space where individuals moving through difficult periods of their lives can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and learn new ways of relating to them. I strive to be a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic partner in your healing journey. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be. I specialize in working with women and LGBTQIA+ folks, individuals dealing with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, chronic pain, and challenging life transitions.”

Dr. Morgan Bartholomew received their Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles where they received the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award for their work investigating the impacts of life stress and depression on emotion regulation. Their research focuses on the role that emotion regulation plays in the presentation of a variety of mental health concerns.
