Our intake coordinator will call you at your scheduled day and time to review information you provided. You will describe your challenges, concerns, and preferences for care.
A provider who is a good fit for you will contact you to schedule a first session.
Our current waitlist varies from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, depending on your specific needs.
Fees and Insurance
Our fees are based on usual and customary fees for psychologists in the area and will be discussed during the phone consultation.
We are an in-network provider only for employees of Stanford University, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital who have Stanford Healthcare Alliance (“SHCA”) insurance.
For all other insurers, we are considered “out-of-network” providers. If you have a preferred provider organization (“PPO”) plan, you may be able to submit claims for reimbursement. We can provide you a “superbill” that you would submit. If you are considering using your insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company prior to beginning therapy. Inquire about reimbursement rates, deductibles, and any limitations for out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy.
