“I view therapy as an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how your day to day thoughts and feelings can be connected to your behaviors, emotional states, and relationships with others. I strive to bring compassion, warmth, and humility into our work together so that you can continue crafting and moving towards the life you want to lead. Part of this process will draw upon your strengths and values to embrace change in challenging areas of growth. Within a collaborative space, we will explore and work through barriers that prevent you from living more fully.”
