“I provide evidence-based care for a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I am also passionate about delivering care that focuses on women’s wellness areas such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. I have a background in health psychology and work with individuals coping with new medical diagnoses, health conditions, and chronic illnesses. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, I strive to bring compassion, warmth, and humility into our work together. My hope is that therapy will empower you to continue crafting and moving towards the life you want to lead.”
