About me

“Congratulations on beginning your counseling journey! I am here to support you as you develop affirming self-understanding, build connections with others, and develop strategies to cope with stress and transitions. I use an integrative therapy approach, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, social justice, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed care. I have experience working with People of Color, LGBTQ+, immigrant populations across clinical and advocacy settings. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is warm, authentic, empowering, and validating of the client’s experiences. I am trilingual in English/Mandarin/Wenzhou Dialect. ”
