“My clinical work primarily focuses on treating anxiety, trauma, and identity development and role transition. I use evidence-based approaches to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and social anxiety. Additionally, I specialize in working with clients who seek therapy for complex trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Theory, and Relational Cultural Therapy. Furthermore, I work within an anti-racism, feminist, and queer framework, and have received extensive training in providing social justice-oriented therapy. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that is authentic, empowering, and validating for my clients.”
