Lianzhe Zheng, PhD

About me

Many of my clients are women, people of color, and 1st or 2nd generation immigrants. Navigating family relationships, trauma and chronic stress, and your relationship to work can be hard at times. I am here to support you to build a deeper connection with yourself and your community. I particularly enjoy working with people who are exploring their identities, such as race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and class. Common concerns include scarcity mindset and imposter syndrome, microaggressions, LGBTQ+ identity development, and immigration mental health. I also support clients with a variety of mental health concerns including obsessive-compulsive disorder, women’s wellness, and grief.

My goal is not only to offer you a space to break silence and find your voice, but also to share with you tools you can use to feel better and navigate through life and work. I use an integrative approach in therapy, draw from antiracism and trauma-informed framework, behavioral health approach, and relational cultural therapy. If you are looking for a therapist who is empowering and authentic with a sense of humor, I might be able to help!
