“Committed to providing a safe and supportive therapeutic space, I guide individuals through complex life challenges by utilizing their personal strengths and acquiring adaptive coping skills. I am experienced in treating a wide array of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, disruptive behaviors, as well as interpersonal and acculturalation challenges. My expertise includes integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to design effective treatment plans that best address each patient’s unique needs.”
As a bilingual clinician, I provide psychotherapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
