About me

“Life can throw so much at us, it can be really helpful to have some support along the way. The good news is that by being here you have already taken a big step towards that end. I work with clients to explore their values, gain self-understanding, and develop skills to cope with mood disorders, trauma, chronic disease, couples’ issues, life transitions, and other life stressors. Drawing from science-backed treatments like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), I work with clients to nurture their inner strengths, explore their sense of meaning, and lean into self-compassion. I have direct clinical experience working with minorities, including immigrant populations, and my practice is also informed by my own lived experience as a multicultural and bilingual woman of color. My biggest hope for my clients is that, through our work, they feel understood, supported, and self-empowered to make changes inline with what’s important in their lives. I look forward to getting to know you!”
