About me

“I provide evidence-based treatment for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, feeding and eating disorders, and emotion dysregulation across the lifespan. I draw from multiple treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other third-wave models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also embrace flexibility in the therapeutic space and am committed to tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs of each client. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, present, and compassionate. Ultimately, I aim to help you identify and connect with your own values to act as a vehicle for positive change and empower you to create a life worth living.”
