“Relationships are central to our well-being, and healthy connections are worth fighting for. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with romantic partners and families to identify negative relational patterns and the deeper emotions that drive these painful cycles. With warmth and humility, I hope to foster a safe environment that allows individuals to learn about themselves and their partners/family members, as well as experience secure and connecting ways of relating. Additionally, I work with individuals who have a loved one struggling with substance use disorders using Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT). I teach practical skills for improving communication, setting boundaries, and encouraging loved ones to seek treatment in a compassionate, effective way.”
