“I use evidence-based approaches for a range of concerns including disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma-related disorders, and mood and anxiety disorders. I tailor evidence-based treatments to fit you—that is, to your unique identities, strengths and concerns. From a foundation of trust and safety in the therapy relationship, we will work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that moves toward your goals and is informed by your values. I work primarily from a cognitive behavioral framework, with integration of third-wave behavioral therapies (e.g., dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy) as appropriate.”
Dr. Vogel completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology at the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium.
