“My goal in therapy is to provide evidence-based treatment in a flexible and compassionate way. It is important to me to create a nonjudgmental space that feels safe and accepting to each of my clients while we explore areas of growth and strength. I treat a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship concerns, and sexual dysfunction. I am particularly passionate about women’s health and sexual health and wellness. As such, I strongly believe in sex positivity and welcome all clients, including but not limited to LGBTQIA+ individuals and non-monogamous/non-traditional relationship structures.”
