“I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and families who are experiencing a variety of concerns including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. I utilize evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and Parent Management Training (PMT). My therapeutic approach is encouraging, directive, and collaborative. My ultimate goal is to empower youth and families to ‘be their own therapist’ by equipping them with practical, evidence-based skills they can confidently apply outside of therapy.”
