About me

“Building meaningful relationships with young people and families is central to my work. I take time to understand what brings each person to therapy in the context of their relationships, experiences, identity, and community. I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with a range of emotional and behavioral concerns, with particular expertise in anxiety and OCD, depression, eating disorders, trauma, autism, and ADHD. I also specialize in parent and caregiver coaching focused on strengthening family relationships and addressing behavioral concerns. When concerns are best addressed together, I provide family therapy, including Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders. Across my work, I combine warmth and acceptance with active, collaborative treatment. I draw from evidence-based cognitive behavioral, exposure-based, and family-focused therapies to understand what is contributing to a client’s concerns and determine together how best to address them. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, face challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives.”
