My approach to therapy is informed by social justice and multiculturalism, which means that I consider clients' healing within their unique cultural contexts and identities. I have specialized clinical training in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, body image and disordered eating concerns, and insomnia. I am dedicated to integrating and adapting evidence-based practices to best support you throughout therapy."
