“As a therapist, I use evidence-based approaches to help my clients build the lives, and the relationships, they want. Utilizing an integrative frame, I combine Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness- and Compassion-based strategies with Attachment and Family Systems perspectives to best meet my clients’ unique needs. My aim as a therapist is to provide straightforward strategies and insights to help clients address a variety of concerns, including trauma, relational and family distress, sexual health, depression, and anxiety. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families."
Alongside her work at Peninsula Behavioral Health and the StandTALL Clinic, Dr. Ludin is a Clinical Instructor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Virginia and completed her doctoral internship at the University of Michigan’s Mary A. Rackham Institute, where she worked with children, adolescents, and adults and received specialized training in the treatment of couples and families. Dr. Ludin completed a clinical postdoctoral fellowship at the Stanford University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences where her training focused on couples and family therapy, trauma and PTSD, and anxiety and mood disorders.
