"I work with individuals seeking treatment for sleep issues, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and stress management. I take a collaborative and holistic approach to help individuals develop lifelong skills to manage challenges, more deeply understand themselves and their relationships with others, and enhance their overall well-being. I draw primarily from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with elements of other frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  I also work with parents of and young children with autism spectrum disorder, drawing from the Early Start Denver Model and Pivotal Response Treatment"
